Nadia cooks every day with fresh produce from the local market and fish delivered each morning by the lodge's partner fishermen. No fixed menu — the catch of the day sets the tone. Zebu, prawns, squid, and lobster (order the day before).
Medicinal herbal teas are hand-prepared from garden plants picked each morning. The lychee rum is macerated on site. At €9 per dish with a side of your choice, it's the best-kept table on Nosy Be.
